  • Want to expand your intimate language skills to better connect?
  • Want to enhance your communication skills to be heard and accepted fully?
  • Want to live a more fulfilling life in both the non-sexual and sexual ways?

Join us to expand and heighten your level of intimacy and connection. We will journey through the five levels of intimacy; intellectual, emotional, physical and energetic, and for some spiritual (universal life force) with yourself first and then with others.

On this experiential learning journey we will also include the four forms of pleasure; sensual (physical), sexual, emotional and spiritual to support our physical, mental, emotional and soulful well being to better connect intimately in all areas of our life.
Learn to practice conscious language, authentic relating exercises, compassionate communication skills, mindful awareness practices, and setting of intention.
Be guided through a celebration ritual of connection and intimacy with unconditional “receiving vs. giving”, a ritual of acceptance, love and compassion. This is one of the most powerful ways to bring intimate connection, healing and joy into your life and the life of others. This ritual can be shared as a gift.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Please let us know if you have any sensitivity to incense, essential oils, natural herbs, chocolate, roses and possibly a fruit of the season to be shared. Please also note: we are a fragrance free zone, hence perfumes and colognes are to be kept minimal or nothing but essential oil use is welcomed.
What to bring? A yoga mat, be in comfortable clothing as you will be seated on your yoga mat. Chairs will also be available for those that require physical comfort. A closed water bottle, pen and paper.
